Well, congratulations to the liberals, Democrats, Communists, and “Me Too” extremists for ruining Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s life, and the lives of his wife and children. The Judge and Mrs. Kavanaugh appeared on TV last night with deep sadness in their eyes and with the pain of persecution and awful hurt in their demeanor. Their lives have been turned upside down, and a pall has been cast over all the good that they have done in a lifetime of service to our country, a pall that will never be lifted in the future. The lying accusations that have been leveled against Kavanaugh will follow him and will always put a question about his character in the minds of many– “Is he a sex pervert? Did he lie under oath about attacking Christine Ford? Is his whole life a sham?” Even if he is confirmed and takes his place on the SCOTUS, there will always be a question in the minds of many people about these outrageous lies. His accusers, the liberal media, and the Democrats know that their accusations are lies, and they can take pride that the damage is done and the Kavanaughs will never recover. There is no decency, honesty, or sense of fairness in these accusers, and this is where we have come to in this country. It is sad, sad, indeed.

The best evidence for Judge Kavanaugh’s innocence is that there is no evidence of his guilt! All of the people who were said to be present at both alleged incidents say that no such event with Kavanaugh in attendance ever happened to their knowledge. The two women who accuse the Judge seem to be very uncertain about his guilt. The first of these accusers does not remember the date (not even approximately!), the place, the reason that she was there, or how she got there. However, in a desperate search for some kind of contemporaneous memorialization of the event (At first, she said she had told no one) she now says, “Oh, I did immediately call my best friend on my cell phone and told her what had happened.” But this statement is preposterous given the extreme rarity of 15 year-olds having cell phones in 1982.

The second accuser had such a hard time remembering that she had to wrack her brain for a week and consult her lawyer (who apparently “helped” her to remember!). She says she does not specifically remember that it was Kavanaugh that offended her, but says that she remembers that someone said, on the occasion of the event, that Brett Kavanaugh had done the deed. She admits that she was falling-down drunk at the time, lying on the floor, and having great trouble with her speech, slurring her words. These accusers are very poor witnesses. Alcohol was involved in both alleged incidents, and in both cases their testimonies are contradicted by the others who were said to be present.

Contrary to what the Dems have said, the accusations have already been investigated. The FBI has investigated the Judge six different times, questioning everybody that knew him about his character, activities, and background. Nothing untoward was turned up. Furthermore, the Repubs on the Senate Judiciary Committee have investigated. The Judge answered their questions under penalty of perjury! The stakes could not be higher for the Judge, because if he lies to Congress while under oath not only will he be denied a seat on the SCOTUS, he will also lose the position he has on the Court of Appeals, and he will lose his law license (Just like Clinton did when he lied to a grand jury). Anyone who thinks that Kavanaugh would lie to the Committee with the stakes so high must not be a thinking person. Furthermore, the people that were said to be in attendance at the alleged events testified under penalty of perjury and said that the events never happened or that they have no knowledge of the events.

Some Democrats have already ruled Kavanaugh guilty, even though they have not heard the witnesses. They believe that he is guilty unless proven innocent. There is no presumption of innocence for them! That is not the way it is supposed to be! That is not America! And it is shameful! Women lie as well as men, a fact that is obviously substantiated by these very allegations, and more importantly, by biblical theology. If the accusers cannot prove their charges beyond a reasonable doubt Judge Kavanaugh should be voted onto the SCOTUS immediately! Given the flimsy content of their allegations thus far there is absolutely no reason to believe that he ever committed any sexual abuse of anybody!
