Verses 22-25 “22Now it came to pass on a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth.
23But as they sailed he fell asleep: and there came down a storm of wind on the lake; and they were filled with water, and were in jeopardy.
24And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish. Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.
25And he said unto them, Where is your faith? And they being afraid wondered, saying one to another, What manner of man is this! for he commandeth even the winds and water, and they obey him.”
Perhaps this passage shows as clearly as any other in the four gospels that Jesus is both fully man and fully God. Because He is man, He became tired and went to sleep in the ship. And because He is God, He calmed the wind and the waves. It was a great miracle. Though others, such as the Antichrist, may do some supernatural things, it is technically not correct to speak of what they do as miracles. Only God can do miracles. Jesus is the Yahweh (Jehovah), the Almighty God of miracles. And He is powerful to save any and all who will come to Him in faith. The salvation of souls is a miracle that He still does today. The question is, “Where is your faith?”
