Verse 3 “Unto a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of thee; for thou art a stiffnecked people: lest I consume thee in the way.”
The Land which God gave to Israel is the best of all lands. God is the person who made it a great land. He made it great for His chosen people. Even though Israel was a stiff necked rebellious people and sinned against God often, God would not go back on His promise to give Israel the Land. The Land still belongs to national Israel today, and eventually Israel will have all of it.
