Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.”
This chapter has many useful statements about how we should serve the Lord. It should be reviewed often by those of us who are committed to His service. All who go forth to witness and win souls must be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. May God make us wiser and completely nonthreatening.
