Verses 13-14 “13And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
14The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.”
When the people were angry at Moses, he did not defend himself. Rather, he simply turned the attention of the people to the LORD and His works, especially the LORD’s salvation. Like Moses, we need to worry less about our own feelings and about what people think of us, be it good or bad. We need to be more concerned about people really knowing the LORD.
