Verse 3 ” 3And the LORD gave the people favour in the sight of the Egyptians. Moreover the man Moses was very great in the land of Egypt, in the sight of Pharaoh’s servants, and in the sight of the people.”
Moses was very great in Egypt because God made him so in the eyes of the people. It was God’s power and God’s miracles that caused Moses to seem to be great. God makes some people to be people of reputation, not because He wants to enhance their egos, but because He wants to use them for His glory.
