Verses 19 and 20– “And the midwives said unto Pharaoh, Because the Hebrew women are not as the Egyptian women; for they are lively, and are delivered ere the midwives come in unto them. Therefore God dealt well with the midwives: and the people multiplied, and waxed very mighty.”
The midwives feared God. Therefore they were determined to do right. We hardly ever face the intense kind of trouble faced by these brave midwives, but will we fear God and be determined to do right when any conflict comes our way?
